The Weber Law Firm, P.A. is a mediation and arbitration firm serving the greater Tampa Bay area. Mediation practice areas include personal injury and wrongful death claims, no fault (PIP) claims, homeowners and business insurance claims, insurance coverage disputes, and any related Circuit Civil Court disputes.
Howard Weber has been certified by the Florida Bar as a civil trial specialist, or Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney*, and is also certified as a Circuit Court Mediator for all civil matters. Before forming The Weber Law Firm, Howard worked for more than fifteen (15) years in the litigation or staff counsel departments of two major property and casualty insurers, settling, litigating and trying personal injury and insurance coverage.

Howard was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986, and has worked exclusively in the field of civil litigation, primarily involving the evaluation and defense of personal injury, property damage, premises liability and insurance coverage matters, including issues of insurer bad faith.
